Welcome to The Parklangley Gym.

We offer great variety of equipment at The Parklangley Gym - the gym caters for any exercise plan. Our newly refurbished gym has been designed with member experience in mind – perfect for members ranging from novice users to elite athletes. 

The Parklangley Gym is made up of 3 sections, each offering a different feel. Whether your goal is for general fitness, strength, weight loss or recovery from injury; we have a state-of-the-art range of equipment to suit your needs. 

All new gym members are required to have a gym induction. This provides an overview of the gym, including how to use equipment plus important health and safety details that members need to know.

The gym induction costs £10. Non-members will also need to pay their annual social membership fee at time of booking. Junior non-members (age 16-20) pay for the induction and an annual Club Membership of £10.
